We specialize in making large, medium, and small quantities of CNC machining aluminum, brass, stainless steel, plastic, INCONEL, and other parts, ball lock pins, spring plungers, lamp parts, oil pump gears, die casting, machining parts, universal joints, aluminum extrusion parts, worm gears, and so on.

400 CNC Machines
- 140 CNC milling machines, including 40 3-axis, 4-axis, and 5-axis USA-imported HAAS machines to produce CNC aluminum, brass, and steel parts for the auto, semiconductor, medical equipment, clean energy, musical, and other industries.
- 20 imported 5-axis CNC milling machines, 1 German-imported Grob, 1 Sweden-imported GF, Japan-imported MAZAK, and Makino to strictly produce super high-precision metal parts like aerospace and boat impellers, rotor screw, 5-axis CNC machining parts, medical equipment parts, and so on.
- 10 large gantry machines to produce large-dimension parts and auto molds. The largest part we can produce is as long as 3.5 meters with a width of 1.5 meters.
- 80 lathe-turning machines, including 50 Japan-imported Tsugami, Brother machines, and 30 Swiss lathe-turning machines to produce large quantities of shafts, pins, screws, nuts, fittings, tubes, knobs, and so on.

All materials are sourced from domestic quality certified material manufacturers, such as various types of aluminum, copper, stainless steel, steel, alloy, and other materials required by customers with national defense certification. We can also meet the requirements when the customer specifies imported materials from abroad.
Machinery/Production Process
After receiving the customer's order, our experienced engineers will create the optimal process and packaging method on the controlled drawings, and each product will be assigned a unique TT number to track the entire process. We purchase the corresponding materials from our certified material suppliers and require them to provide material reports. At the same time, our engineers make the corresponding jigs and fixtures, and after all ready, production begins. Our QC staff will check the first piece after producing well, all passes, the mass production goes on, if not, we will improve and then go on.

Description of Quality Control/Technical Support Department
Quality systems: AS9100, IATF 16949, and ISO 13485.
A bulk quantity of measuring tools includes German-imported ZEISS CMM. All measuring tools are calibrated internally and externally annually. From incoming material inspection, gold sample inspection, production inspection, machine operators focusing on critical dimension inspection, pre-surface treatment inspection, post-surface treatment inspection, to pre-shipment inspection, all are strictly conducted in accordance with the sampling inspection standard, MIL-STD-105E. Dozens of experienced mechanical parts inspectors are employed.
Quality Control Procedures

The incoming inspection, patrol inspection, key dimension testing, and shipment testing are strictly carried out in accordance with the process.
